Create a Freebase account ?

Go the Freebase web site to register .
Once you have signed in, you can create people, add influences, modify influences, ...

Add a person in Freebase ?

The person you are looking for is not in the Free Influencer web site.
You have first to create this person in Freebase database.

Then once the person is created, you will be able to add influence relationships.


To create a person, you need to go through the following steps :

. step 1 : Go to www.freebase.com/view/people/person

. step 2 : Click on the link " Add a new Person"

. step 3 : a box is opening and you can fill the first and last name of the person

. step 4 : Click on "Create New Person" then "Save"

. step 5 : you have the confirmation that this person has been added

. step 6 : You can go the created Freebase page of this person

Modify the Freebase page of person ?

First go the Frebase person page.

The whole page of a person can be modified in Freebase.
Check that the field you want to modify is visible. If necessary, click on "Show Empty Fields"

As an example below, the Gender field is filled (ex. Male)

Go on this icon and click on Add an image

Choose the picture (upload, link, ...) and add it.

Add a person in the influence network

If a person is not yet in the influence network, you won't be able to add influence relationships.
You have first to chek that the type Influence Node is associated to this person.

If not, you have to go through the following steps :

. step 1 : Go to the icon and click on " Add new"

. step 2 : Fill in with Influence Node as a type and Save

. step 3 : the influence relationships have been added to the page,
that is the Influenced by, the Peers, the Influenced

Add/modify the Influenced by, the Peers or the Influenced

. step 1 : Choose the relation you want to fill in. Go to the icon and click on Add new

. step 2 : Repeat as long as you want to fill in the correct influences

. step 3 : If necessary, you can rearrange the order
